Rainbow

by Leonid Sakharov

Spectacular nature phenomenon of rainbow without setting any special experimental instrumentation reveals to observer the fact that light consists of spectrum of pure colors (actually it is not entirely correct statement). At very least the lesson of rainbow is that white light of sun is in fact mixture of colors.
